Consequence
An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
What should you do?
Dealers will be notified to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Dealers will be notified starting October 6, 2025. Owners may contact Q'Straint customer service at 1-800-987-9987.
