Why was it recalled?
Firefly Integrations, LLC (Firefly) is recalling certain model G12 Multiplex Electronic Control Module (ECM) units, part number 130010113A, installed in Thor Motor Coach vehicles with a 38XL floor plan. A software error prevents the awning control from being locked in certain situations as intended.
Consequence
Unlocked controls allow the awning to be extended while the vehicle is moving, increasing the risk of a crash.
What should you do?
Dealers will update the ECM software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 12, 2025. Owners may contact Firefly customer service at 1-574-825-4600.
