This build uses LCA_Disclosure_Data_FY2026_Q3, LCA_Disclosure_Data_FY2025_Q4, covering fiscal quarters FY2025Q4, FY2026Q1, FY2026Q2, FY2026Q3.Decision dates range from Jul 1, 2025 to Jun 30, 2026 (485,909 filings after filtering).

What these numbers are

Each row is a certified Labor Condition Application (LCA). Employers file an LCA with the Department of Labor before filing an H-1B petition with USCIS, stating the job, worksite and the wage they will pay. Certification means DOL accepted the attestation. It does not mean a visa was approved or that anyone was hired, and the wage is what the employer offered, not actual pay. Bonuses, equity and benefits are not included. One employer may file several LCAs for the same person or role.
